Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
Appointments adjusted within 24 hours will incur a 25% fee of the reserved service.
We offer a 15-minute courtesy grace period for late arrivals. If you anticipate arriving later than 15 minutes, please call ahead — we may be able to accommodate or reschedule your appointment based on availability.
After 15 minutes (16 minutes or more), the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service.
Late arrivals within the grace period may result in a shortened service to avoid delays for the next guest.
No-shows may be charged up to 50% and may require a deposit for future bookings.
